happy memorial weekend, everyone!
here comes the laundry list, the things i did today (because i was bored at home):
1. ironed shirts, pants, and skirts
2. vacuumed the house
3. cleaned the windows
4. washed dishes (as usual), cleaned the table and the stoves
5. played piano
6. e-mailed people
7. watched some japanese cartoons on cartoon network
8. chatted with some friends online
9. played the "mutant teenage ninja turtle" (whatever it is called...can't remember...it is such an old video game that yee and i used to play when i was 10) on the computer that yee downloaded from somewhere
10. tried to call cristina but the phone was busy... it is really frustrating to know that the person you want to talk to is talking to someone else... blah, ms. d would totally understand this. (speaking of this, i should give her a call tomorrow)
11. had my hair trimmed so it will grow faster and healthier (gone with the split-ends!)
i was going to read "the turn of the screw" but after reading some 40 pages...i found it to be a little too spooky and creepy to read on a cloudy day. it is either a ghost story or a story about a crazy governess who is seeing nonexisting beings.
me will be working tomorrow (12-8), sunday (11-7) and monday (11-7)...all the people that i know who are working during the weekend are hoping for rainy days, so that the place will not be like "mad house". i personally don't really care as long as i have a place to park and no traffic when i get out (which is very highly unlikely). the good thing about people not coming is that i can play with the colors by drawing them on my hand; the bad thing is that the day will go very very very slowly. the good thing about people coming is that time will go by really fast, but people can become very impatient and nasty when the store is crowded (which will not happen that often in my store).
i need some drama in my life...maybe i'll go and read now...
