yesterday, we went to the city's metropolitan museum after lunch at greco cafe (something like that) at 2nd avenue/72nd street. of course, since monica had been telling me about the wonderfulness of vera wang's wedding gown, we went down madison avenue in search for the tiny store just to look at one dress at the window. while we were talking and walking to the metropolitan museum, the two women were talking about my future doctor career at the new york city hospital, my future million $ apartment by the central park, and my wedding dress... please! i am only 19... bah. and...i should have my own right to decide my life too... (well, yeah, i know they are just thinking what are on their minds out loud...sort of like a fantasy for them, i suppose) we spent an hour or two at the metropolitan museum, got out from the city just in time to avoid the evening traffic. in time to get into the car without getting wet due to the rain. there was a flood warning again.
mom and i got back home and went to watch "finding nemo". it is a really nice movie. the dad clown fish is so much like my mom! extremely loving and protective. mm... the funniest thing happened during the movie was when the kids were giggling and laughing, i was giggling and laughing too. hahahaha. that was very amusing, i thought. i wish i can stay like a kid forever... =p.
