muwa... i look like either a squirrel or a chipmunk with the "cubby cheek"...or in another word, swollen mouth.
The surgery went pretty smoothly, only lasted 30 minutes, and I saw what they did to my mouth through the reflection on the oral surgeon's goggles. That was quite interesting. A total of 5 stitches were made to suture up the two wounds at the position where the lower 4th molar teeth were supposed to come out. The effect of the novocain and the regular advil lasted from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, which was extremely nice. not too much pain. =). the ice pads were nice, too. =).
mom came to my room to check on my cheeks this morning. to her relief, my cheeks are not bruised and are not too swollen. she even thought i look nice with the cubby squirrel cheeks. bah. to tell the truth, i kinda enjoy the "special" care from mom. i know, i know... ever since i came back (especially the first 2 months), i have this special treatment from her. She would make my favorite food and get my favorite fruits and all those goodies... i'd be able to get whatever i want most of the time, or else she'll buy things for me thinking that i would need the stuff that she bought. i am getting really spoiled at home.
going to get something to eat & then taking the med... bah, i am more annoyed by my headache than by the pain in the mouth.
