whoa, it was such a sunny day yesterday... me, yee, and jon were walking around in the commons (and later to wal-mart and staples) to find the right computer desk and bed sheet. i got to meet Mr. chen, too. =) he was really nice. for some reason, he reminded me of my uncle (dad's cousin in chicago). maybe it is the way they talk. hm... i am not sure. so, this morning, i woke up and went to the bathroom to do the morning routines. Ha, there i was in the mirror, totally blackened by the bright sun yesterday afternoon. i should've put some sun block on my face and arms. my fingers got tanned, too, except one party where i wear my ring. haha.

i am starting to read Oliver Twist... was telling my mom that i am basically wasting my summer away doing nothing. glad that i have so many books to read for fun and that i have a part time job. or else, i will really be a waste to the society.

going to see if i can work from 6 to closing one saturday (the 19th)... i wonder if my mouth is going to be really swollen after the 15th. i am glad that i have decided not to become a dentist. think about all the kids who have nightmares of goinig to the dentist office (e.g. me).

random things in my dream:
1. i was stuffing lots of ice boxes (the ones that you use to make ice cubes) into the freezer, and they keep falling down and spill the water inside. haha, that reminds me of the fruit cuts that jared and i were trying to stuff into the frige last week. one bagful of fruit cuts fell to the floor and exploded, making a mess on the floor, of course.
2. i had a lizard as a pet... isn't that interesting? it almost bit me. did i mention before that i had a dream of a t-rex in my grandma's kitchen in taipei? what's with all these reptiles in my dreams?
3. there is this cartoon character becoming a living girl who kept following me wherever i go! imagine a miniature cartoon character about half of my height with a huge head that has 2 red ribbons tied to her hair. err... creepy...

anyways...me going to work on translation for a bit. need to exercise my brain a little bit. =)
